The position has the following, but not limited to, responsibilities
CNAs assist patients with daily activities and while some CNAs have additional responsibilities, such as administering medication, the core functions on the job include:
- Bathe and dress patients
- Serve meals and help patients eat
- Take vital signs
- Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden
- Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors
- Provide and empty bedpans
- Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.
- Answer patient calls
- Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds
- Clean and sanitize patient areas
- Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies
CNAs also serve as a conduit between patients and nurses, doctors, and record and communicate all issues to medical staff. Depending on where a CNA works, other duties might include transporting patients to operating rooms or treatment units and setting up equipment at a nurse or doctor’s request.

We currently have positions available for LPN (Day & Evening) at Mari de Villa Senior Living, in our Skilled Long Term Care Buildings.

Mari de Villa is looking for individuals to serve our guests in our dining rooms.
You would be responsible, but not limited to, for the following
- Serving our guests their meals and beverages
- Setting and cleaning the dining rooms
- Keeping the dining room and kitchen prep areas cleaned and organized
- Ensuring that menus are followed
- Helping to transport guests, that need assistance, to and from the dining rooms
- Set the dining room after every meal
- Other standard tasks that are associated with a dining room position
We have two positions available
Morning Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Evening Shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm

MARI de VILLA opened on March 9, 1960, with 26 rooms. In 1964, it doubled in size and in 1980 doubled once again. In 1982, construction began on the Villa Estates, 54 condominium-style units for independent living, ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet.
Today, MARI de VILLA is situated on 22 acres in Town and Country, providing the feel of a country club atmosphere with surroundings of simple elegance.

Housekeeping daily tasks may include, but are not limited to the following
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
- Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
- Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items.
- Sort, count, and mark clean linens, and store them in linen closets.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
- Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.

The position is full time, which is 5 days per week, with alternating weekends.
We currently have our Custodial and Light Maintenance position available. We have two separate positions available
6:00am to 2:30pm
12:00pm to 8:30pm
Both are for full time positions which include full benefits. Benefits include full health insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, paid sick time and paid vacation.
You would be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empties trash receptacles, and replace lining of trash cans. Primary responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect laboratory equipment.
- Sterilize patients’ rooms.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Steam-clean carpets.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Mix various cleaning agents.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Move heavy equipment and furniture.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Fix minor plumbing leaks.
- Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface.
- Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
Mari de Villa serves 3 meals per day, 7 days per week for all our residents and staff. To fulfil these needs we offer two shifts throughout the day: 5:00am-2:30pm and 10:00am-6:30pm.
